About Me

Hi! I'm Yaya Harman, and I call the San Francisco Bay Area home. I am a student at the University of Michigan majoring in Information Analysis with a minor in statistics.

I am an analytics intern and the Head Student Manager for Michigan Hockey, with additional experience in operations and equipment across Michigan Football, USA Hockey, and the New Orleans Saints. No ask is too big or too small, whether that means sharpening skates or building complex data visualizations for the coaching staff. My attention to detail, problem-solving, and willingness to learn have flourished and developed in these roles.

I am passionate about the intersection of equipment and athlete performance, with a particular interest in leveraging data and technology to optimize performance, enhance decision-making, and support long-term athletic development. No matter where my career takes me, I want to keep creating opportunities for players to succeed as the best versions of themselves, both on and off the ice.
