Work Experience

Michigan Hockey

Head Student Manager

July 2024 - Present

In this role, I support Michigan Hockey's Equipment Manager, Director of Operations, and Director of Player Personnel with day-to-day team operations. I also manage 4 student managers, organizing schedules and delgating tasks to ensure day-to-day tasks are complete. I distribute, repair, and maintain equipment for 26 student-athletes and 4 coaches. This requires constant adaptation and creativity to solve problems both new and familiar. I also assist with equipment ordering and inventory. I set up the bench and locker room for practice and gamedays and am on the bench to assist with equipment malfunctions (changing skate blades, ripped laces, broken protective equipment, etc.). I manage all equipment packing and loading of buses, trucks, and planes for road games, ensuring the team has all equipment needed to compete to the best of their ability. I also support our Director of Operations with video setup, recording, and organizing. I have developed strong communication skills and trust with all staff and players, leading to me being promoted to head student manager after only 9 months as a student manager.

Analytics Intern

July 2023 - Present

In this role, I support Michigan Hockey's Director of Analytics with recruiting and team performance strategy. I design persuasive Tableau dashboards used directly by our coaches in recruiting presentations to showcase player development and program strengths. Michigan Hockey has had top-10 recruiting classes in 2024 and 2025 with 10 NHL draft picks. To enhance our insights, I've expanded our data pipeline by using Python to pull and process player data via an API. I also contribute to special teams video pre-scouting, tagging, and other analytics projects. My insights have supported Michigan Hockey in leading the NCAA in power play percentage in 2023-2024 (33.6%) and ranking 8th in 2024-25 (25.6%).

Youth Camp Operations Intern

In this role, I supported Michigan Hockey's Director of Operations and coaches in running youth ice hockey summer camps. I organized camp rosters, set up locker rooms, managed camper check-in, and coordinated with 10+ counselors to ensure 4 weeks of smooth running camps.

Yost Ice Arena Assistant

June 2025

I had the opportunity to work at The Coaches Site's (TCS) annual conference featuring presentations from leaders in the ice hockey and general sport industry. My main responsibility was assisting the TCS team during the on-ice presentations at Yost Ice Arena. I made sure that demonstrators and presenters were well-organized, clearly informed, and equipped with the necessary props (cones, tires, etc.) and uniforms (jerseys and tracksuits).

In this role, I worked with Clinc's VP of Customer Success to build complex Tableau dashboards for Clinc's customers, major banks. These dashboards share information about customer data, including usage, patterns, and more.

F1 Struggle

Co-Founder

June 2020 - November 2023

My Covid project was creating an X (formerly Twitter) account called F1 Struggle with 3 close friends. We grew the account to 50k followers in less than 18 months and created a memorable brand in the motorsport community with teams, drivers, journalists, and most importantly, fans interacting with us frequently and passionately. We were even asked to contribute to “The Best Gifts for Formula 1 Fans, According to Formula 1 Fans” in New York Magazine’s The Strategist.

Mach49

Intern

I worked on a Mach49 team on a project backed by ex-EVP of the Chicago White Sox, Kenny Williams, focused on improving diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. I assisted with solution brainstorming, interview notetaking, and transcript cleaning. Mach49's work manifested in CLARA, an ethical AI screening assistant for talent acquisition teams.

Analytics Intern

In this role, I assisted the Syracuse Women's Soccer team with data collection from Playermaker wearable devices. I attended practice to record drills, ensure wearable devices were recording data, and upload data. I used Excel to organize and clean data that supported visualizations and injury prevention models.

Kirkwood Ski Education Foundation

Ski Coach

In this role, I coached athletes aged 3 to 8, improving downhill ski technique while emphasizing safety on the mountain and instilling a love for skiing and the outdoors. I communicated daily with athletes, parents, and other coaches about skiing ability, safety concerns, behavioral issues and more.

Alpine Hills Tennis & Swimming Club

Swim Coach

In this role, I returned to my youth swim team and coached athletes aged 5 to 15. I developed my coaching and leadership skills as I went from junior coach to head age group coach. I ensured that swimming skills were developed while keeping athletes engaged and having fun. As a head coach, I collaborated with other coaches to create practice plans and organize athletes at swim meets.
